We are an independent training company with over 40 years experience in the Construction Industry. We understand first hand the employers’ needs and requirements and also the needs and requirements of the apprentice.

We are based in South East England and work closely with a number of local Colleges who deliver the underpinning knowledge of our apprenticeship frameworks. We offer hands on experience of training with assessors who have a wealth of industry experience in the relevant sector to pass on to your workforce.

GBCT has a reputation for working successfully with local employers; implementing training programmes for the workplace, based on operational business priorities and business outcomes. Our goal is to be known locally and regionally for excellence.

Apprenticeship Commitment

Learners will need to:

• Attend on College programme day
• Inform GBCT if they cannot attend for any reason
• Complete coursework and meet deadlines
• Inform us of any changes to their personal details
